Celebration Of Faith Praise And Worship Center

Celebration of Faith
is a Bible centered, Christian church spreading the good news of Jesus Christ to the
lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, transexual -- and straight -- communities of Silicon Valley and San Jose, California. God's love is reaching out to all His children.
Sunday Service is at 11:00 AM at the Billy DeFrank Community Center, 938 The Alameda, San Jose, CA. Enter at the rear of the building.
Celebration of Faith is focused on building a personal relationship with Christ.

Saturday, September 11 -- Town Hall meeting with panel and speghetti feed. 4:00 PM
panel discussion and 6:00 PM speghetti feed at Odd Fellows
Hall, 122 Race Street, San Jose. Note the time change.
Celebration of Faith is celebrating 16 years of ministry to the LGBT community on September 11th - 12th.
Celebration of Faith is reaching out to build relationships with denominations who have traditionally
shunned the Christian Gay Homosexual because of those denominations' traditional interpretation of scripture.
The weekend events will start with a panel discussion around the scriptures used to alienate Gay Christians
at The Odd Fellows Hall, September 11th at 4:00 PM. RSVP at 408-345-2319.
Joining the events this year will be Rev. Judy and Darletta Horn from Chapel of Peace in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Rev. Nate
Miller from First Congregational Church, San Jose, Rev. Sky Anderson from Metropolitan Community Church San Jose,
Todd Ferrell from The Evangelical Network,
and many more. Everyone is welcome.

Celebration of Faith normally meets at the DeFrank LGBT Community Center, 938 The Alameda in San Jose.
On Sunday, September 12th at 11:00 AM our renewal celebration continues with the regular praise and worship celebration service.
We have special speakers, lunch potlucks,
picnics, and other events.
We go
out for a "dutch treat" luncheon after the service.
