Rev. Eric Brown is the interim pastor at The Potter's House in Portland, OR. He has participated in our Men's Winter Retreats in 2002 and 2003. Eric has more recently been a guest speaker.

Pastor Bonnie Radden - Pastor Bonnie has led her congregation Refiners Fire Fellowship in Long Beach, CA for 5 years and has instilled her congregation with a hunger and desire for the Word of God. She also loves basketball and can be found shooting hoops at their church picnic.

Pastor Ronnie Pigg - Pastor of Casa de Cristo in Phoenix, AZ and president of The Evangelical Network. Pastor Ronnie and his church has been instrumental in empowering Christians and establishing new ministries throughout the western U.S. and now even Africa.

PRYSM is made up of Tim Blevins, Rick Graham (from the renowned Billy Graham family) and Louis Ramirez. All have been singing and touring since their youth. They formed PRYSM in 1999 to "Go into all the world" and open doors for God. Their sytle is basically Southern Gospel but with R&B and contemporary nuances.

Mel White - Former ghostwriter for Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, and others from the Religious Right, Mel White now preaches love and acceptance of all God's children. He has founded Soulfource, an organization determined to help end the suffering of God's lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered children. Mel also led a group of 200 gay pastors and leaders who met in October, 1999 with Jerry Falwell and his supporters shortly after his talk at Celebration of Faith.

Dave Ferrell - Ministering to the Gay & Lesbian community thru Candle Light Ministries, Dave started his ministry after finding out that his son was gay. Dave's testimony speaks about the joys and sorrows of finding out your son is gay, working thru your own emotions and issues, dealing with the church, your family and friends, and about God's promises fulfilled. Rev. Samuel Kader - Pastor of the Community Gospel Church in Dayton, Ohio and author of Openly Gay, Openly Christian. Rev. Samuel Kader is also hosts the Homosexuality & The Bible video tape series.

Joanne (Smith) Petrie - Hospice chaplain, counselor, author, Portland, Oregon radio host, teacher and founder of One To Another. Petrie talked about what to do, what to say and how to help when a loved one (or yourself) is grieving -- from a death, divorce, empty nest, unemployment, broken relationships, or financial loss.

 

Rev. Thomas Hirsch - Founder of Advanced Christian Ministries (and one of the big reasons Celebration of Faith exists).
